What we collect

When you submit the Start Your Project form, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email, and optionally your phone number and current website, plus the service, budget range, timeline, project description, and preferred reply method you choose.

We also record the submission time, the page you first arrived on, the referring website (if your browser shares it), and any campaign tags (UTM parameters) in the link you used. To prevent spam and abuse, we store a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address — not the address itself.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to review and respond to your project inquiry. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.

Where it's stored

Inquiries are stored in a secured database provided by Lovable Cloud, our website and backend hosting provider. Inquiry records are not publicly readable.

Analytics and tracking

This site does not use advertising pixels or third-party tracking scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs needed to operate the site.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete the information you submitted by replying to our response to your inquiry, or by emailing justin@justinforehand.com.
